Wild mushrooms

Mushrooms are lean proteins with high fiber, (especially morel, chanterelle and porcini) and are the only vegetable source that naturally contain high levels of Vitamin D.

Mushrooms are excellent sources of B Vitamins, which promote healthy metabolism, in addition to a nice dose of Riboflavin (B2) and niacin (B3).

They contain powerful antiviral, antibacterial, antioxidants and anti-tumor properties and naturally repair tissue within the body.  High in selenium (especially shiitake, button and cremini), they reduce the risk of bladder cancers in addition to treating anemia as they are a good source of iron and over 90% of the nutritive value can be absorbed by the body.  Calcium levels are also high in wild mushrooms and thereby are a rich source for strong bones and reduced joint pain.

Use Wild Mushroom Sea Salt on everything, but it pairs especially nicely with steak, burgers, eggs and chicken.
